For every question sent to our online customer service, we guarantee an answer within 2 hours maximum (business days, 9am to 7:30pm).
In the event that a product ordered from PictoOnline does not give you complete satisfaction (1), we reproduce and send you your order free of charge.
In case of damage during the transportation of your order shipped by Picto (2), we reproduce and send your order without extra fee.
