Help / Our packagings

For each order placed, PictoOnline.fr offers you a default packaging. This packaging must allow a delivery which respects the integrity of the contents either for a provision at the counter, or for an expedition. These default packages are free.
We offer different packaging by default, depending on the characteristics of the order and its shipping method.
Nous proposons différents emballages par défaut, selon les caractéristiques de la commande et de son mode d’expédition.

For orders placed at disposal for withdrawal at Picto offices in Bastille or Grand Paris :

  • For small size prints (up to 24cm x 30cm): We use envelopes size 24cm x 30cm. In case of large quantities, we condition the prints in cardboard boxes of sizes ranging from 21.5cm x 15cm x10 cm to 30cm x 21.5cm x 28cm
  • For larger single prints: we use flat white enveloppes of different sizes: 40cm x 50cm and 50cm x 60cm depending on the needs
  • For large format prints: we use cardboard tubes up to 145cm long, even parallelepipedic cartons called "coffins" depending on the case (large quantities, some inkjet paper ...)
  • For all rigid substrates: we wrap the prints with bubble wrap and incorporate corners to avoid any risk of deterioration. For Nielsen frames, we pack them in bubble pack
  • The packaging of large format flexible media, such as tarpaulins, vinyl, polyester or paper / blue back paper is on chuck. The large format print is wrapped around a mandrel 7.5cm in diameter and 1m to 2m long depending on the size of the print with 4cm added. For the provision, a bubble wrap is placed around the axis and the draw

For orders shipped by Post, Collissimo, Chrono13, France Express or by courier:

emballages pour expédition

It is possible, in some cases, to buy a different packaging than the one proposed by default (possible only if request for flattening for available or for shipping). This packaging will be billed and the cost will be added to the basket of the current order.

The packages that can be purchased are offered, when validating the basket, below the prints listed on the first page of validation of your order. These packages cannot be changed once the order is placed.

Finally, it may happen that, despite all the care that is provided by our teams in the manufacture of packaging, their integrity is undermined when delivered by a carrier (La Poste, Collissimo, Chrono13, France Express or courier). If necessary and if the benefits of your order would have deteriorated, we will proceed to the reproduction of the order and its delivery, free…
