TO PROTECT YOUR PRINTS WITH A "DIASEC" EFFECT !

Picto Online offers you a range of finishing options for your prints. In addition to framing and laminating, you can choose to have your photo mounted on Plexiglas, which not only protects your print with an acrylic glass sheet, but also adds a contemporary touch to your work by creating a Diasec-type effect. Depending on how you want your print to be printed and the final result you want, you can choose from several plexiglassing services...

For lovers of traditional prints, you can protect your prints with acrylic glass sheets that you can put together yourself.
You can choose the type and thickness of glass. On the front, you can choose between standard 3 mm or 4 mm acrylic glass and, on the back, a 2 mm thick Dibond sheet on either standard 3 mm, 4 mm or 10 mm acrylic glass.
The whole unit is mounted on a custom-made, inset aluminium frame. Anti-reflective glass is recommended if your exhibition space is very bright and could impede reading.
This top-of-the-range service adds contrast, brilliance and depth to your images.

If you prefer pigment inkjet printing, choose Pigment bonded under Plexiglas, which will enhance your images in high definition. In the same way as silver halide, you can create your own assembly with a choice of plates for the front and back. The inkjet print will be made on a special high-gloss paper to enhance colours and contrasts.
This service is offered with a choice of 3mm or 3mm anti-reflective acrylic Plexiglas or 4mm for the front panel and a 2mm Dibond sheet or 3mm or 4mm acrylic Plexiglas or 3mm black Plexiglas for the back panel.

Another finish for your pigment prints is mineral glass instead of acrylic glass. Pigment under glass encapsulates your print between a real 3 mm mineral glass with slightly bevelled edges and a 1 mm aluminium plate to retain the effect of the glass. Maximum dimensions will not exceed 100x100 cm.

To get as close as possible to the "Diasec" effect, you can also opt for UV printing on Plexiglas. Thanks to our large-format high-definition printers, your images are printed directly onto a sheet of Plexiglas. As well as being highly resistant to light and water, this finish produces images with vibrant colours that are very sharp and extremely realistic. Your images gain in depth and luminosity.

To give your print even more volume, you can add a Plexiglas Flush Mount Frame. Your print will be positioned between 2 mm acrylic glass for the front and a 1 mm thick aluminium plate for the back before being assembled in a made-to-measure aluminium flush mount frame. This print becomes an original photographic object to hang on the wall.

And to turn your prints into objets d'art, you can opt for the Plexiglass Block to give relief and contrast to your images. Starting with a silver-digital print, the Plexiglass Block is assembled using 10mm thick acrylic Plexiglass on the front and the same 4mm or 10mm thick Plexiglass on the back. Thanks to its thickness, the object stands on its own on a piece of furniture or a shelf.

Finally, if you want to add a modern touch to these Plexiglas prints, you can add an American Case to accompany your artwork. With a 3mm acrylic Plexiglas sheet, you can choose from three colours: black, white or wenge. Beware of very large formats, however, as we recommend that the frame size does not exceed 120 x 200 cm.
